      -April 2019 - Approved delivery of the accredited degree program via distance education following a Focus Visit.
      -October 2023 - reaccredit for period of seven (7) years; no stipulations. COA recognized the strong faculty, an effective advisory board, assessment plan and practicum program, strong administrative support, and a comprehensive Distance Education program as important factors in the decision.
