    Initial Accreditation 1985/Last comprehensive review 2022/Next comprehensive review 2029

      Re-accreditation:  October 2023 for period of seven (7) years from last review
      Most recent Accreditation decision: April 2016 approved program re-location to new facilities and accepted follow-up report describing plans to use assessment data for program improvement.
      -October 2022 - Probation. Concerns to be addressed by September 1, 2023  include evidence of clinical site inspections, documentation of embalming case reports and funeral directing tasks and use of assessment results for instructional and programmatic improvement.
      -October 2023 - Return to Good Standing. Probation concerns addressed. Follow-up report due February 2024.
      -April 2024 - Satisfactory follow-up report received.
