    Accreditation
    Program Accredited by ABFSE as continuation of Lincoln College:  Associate in Applied Science - Mortuary Science

      Lincoln Re-accreditation:  April 2015 for period of seven (7) years. Accredited program transferred to Goodwin College effective January 2019.

      Initial Program Accreditation 2021 as Goodwin College, successor to Lincoln College /Last comprehensive review 2024/Next comprehensive review 2031
      Re-accreditation: October 2024 for a period of seven (7) years.
      Most recent Accreditation decisions: April 2021 - Initial Accreditation for the Goodwin University Funeral Service program following the transfer from Lincoln College.
      -April 2022 – COA reviewed and accepted the program assessment plan. An updated plan will be required with the next ABFSE Annual Report.
      -June 2022 – in-person follow-up to virtual re-accreditation visit.
      -October 2024 – Re-accreditation for a period of seven (7) years.

    Lincoln College of New England
    Mortuary Science Program

    Closed effective December 31, 2018. The accredited Mortuary Science degree program transferred to Goodwin College in January 2019. Students completing the degree program prior to June 1, 2019 will earn the degree from Lincoln College of New England.

    Lincoln College of New England graduates can request transcripts via www.lincolntech.edu .
