    Initial Accreditation 1975/Last comprehensive review 2022/Next comprehensive review 2029

      Re-accreditation:  April 2023 for period of seven (7) years from date of last accreditation with one (1) stipulation (submit an updated program assessment by March 1, 2024)
      Most recent Accreditation decisions:  April 2018, accepted assessment plan.
      -January 2021 acknowledged Substantive Change naming new Program Coordinator effective 09-01-2020.
      -January 2022 acknowledged Substantive Change naming Interim Program Coordinator effective 02-17-2022.
      -October 2022 - Probation. Concerns to be addressed no later than September 1, 2023 include provide evidence of an assessment plan that demonstrates assessment results being used for instructional and programmatic improvement, evidence to demonstrate that students are meeting the funeral observation requirements of Standard5.4.8.g.and a status report regarding the Higher Learning Commission actions on institutional probation.
      -April 2023 - Probation concerned addressed. Returned to 'Good Standing'.
